What to Know About Insurance and Payment

Pelham Physical Medicine Diagnostic & Treatment Center works with many insurance plans to support access to physical therapy care. Coverage and benefits vary by plan, but our friendly staff can help patients understand how visits are billed. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have about coverage before starting care.

We have included most of the major plans with which we are in-network. However, this is not an all-inclusive list. 

If our clinic is out-of-network for your insurance provider, you can still work with us! We offer self-pay options so you can access physical therapy without the need for insurance. Our staff is happy to explain our self-pay rates and payment expectations upfront so there are no surprises.
